Kalahari tour in Namibia – there is something magical about the Kalahari and we have several tours that visit the area in Namibia.

Although; eastern Namibia only has about a third of the Kalahari. The rest is almost all of Botswana and the northernmost part of the Northern Cape province in South Africa. It is approximately 900,000 square kilometers.

Here we are focusing on the Namibian part of the Kalahari. Not to be confused with the Namib Desert, which is on the western side of Namibia.

The Namibian Kalahari consists of stunning landscapes of red sand dunes, fascinating plant life, and wildlife. The Kalahari does receive some rainfall, even though it is called a desert. This means it can turn green during the summer months.
