The Zambezi Region is a beautiful area in Namibia (it used to be called the Caprivi Strip) for a honeymoon in Namibia. This area is famous for its flowing rivers, lush green landscapes, and incredible wildlife. Unlike the drier parts of Namibia.
Because the Zambezi Region sits at the crossroads of Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, it’s the perfect destination for combining romantic destinations. For example combine with Chobe National Park or Victoria Falls. We will create seamless packages connecting these destinations for you.
It is an ideal choice for newlyweds who want a wild, authentic African safari but desire privacy, water based adventures, and a touch of tropical luxury.
Although there are several good lodges in the Zambezi Region, very few of them offer honeymoon packages. But they are still quite suitable. We will obviously be aware of this needing to be super special for your honeymoon. And most lodges will do things like romantic turndowns.
The accommodations in the Zambezi Region are designed for intimacy. Luxury lodges are typically built on raised wooden decks right over the river or hidden deep within riverine forests.
