The Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel is a quiet, luxurious retreat in the heart of Cape Town. Set in the suburb of Gardens; just below Table Mountain in Cape Town. And just off the buzzing Kloof Street. A grand old dame (with National Monument status) dating back to the early 1800s. But her bold and quirky style brings her firmly into the 21st century without losing any of her charms. From the outside, this original Georgian house, with Victorian influences; looks like a private residence. Intended to make solo, couples, and business travelers alike; feel at home in the heart of the city.
In addition, the Cape Cadogan Residences provide the ideal home away from home. With either 3 or 4 x en-suite rooms, these luxury havens are on an exclusive-use basis so perfect for family and/or friends traveling together.
The scenic suburb of Gardens is one of the city’s oldest and most sophisticated neighborhoods. A variety of restaurants, bars, and boutiques are all within walking distance of the hotel. Scheduled twice daily complimentary transfers to the Victoria & Alfred (V&A) Waterfront are available to guests.
As for facilities, you have at your disposal the lounge and the breakfast room. Carefully thought out to offer all the comforts without giving up the finer details. What is your pleasure? A game of chess or cards, a book from the library; or do you prefer to laze around the pool? Each of the air-conditioned, en-suite Classic Rooms at Cape Cadogan has a double bed and its own character and decor. The rooms may also be twins.

Enjoy a little more room to unwind in, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The decor is the same as the Classic Room above but it has a sitting area and a private sun terrace. Each has a king bed or ¾ bed set, and a shower. Some of the luxury rooms also have a bath.

The Superior Luxury Room is all about absolute privacy and comfort. Accommodating two people, the en-suite has a lounge, a large bathtub, and a separate shower. Again, the decor is the same as the rooms above. Like the luxury room, it also has a private terrace.

The Stable Suites are the most spacious suite category at Cape Cadogan. Suites are available in interleading, triple, and two bedroom options. Perfect for multi-generational families. Every suite has a separate lounge and bar area and selected suites also offer either a private courtyard or a Juliet balcony. Adding a touch of outdoor charm to your stay. The suites are in a historic building tucked behind the Cape Cadogan. Along a quiet cobbled street that connects the two properties.

The exclusive-use Residences effortlessly combine the luxury of a boutique hotel with the comfort and privacy of a home. Yet with the benefits of all the amenities that a luxury boutique hotel provides, as well as the MORE Family Collection’s special touches. Guests also have access to the spa and gymnasium at the hotel. They are ideal for friends or family groups. Amenities, such as cots and highchairs, are available to further accommodate younger guests. A childminding service is also available.

The More Quarters Residence has now been incorporated into Cape Cadogan. A historic gem, updated with modern touches. You can still admire the beautiful hardwood floors and the high pressed steel ceilings. Each room provides an exceptional view. Of the private garden, the historic neighborhood, or the city’s iconic table shaped mountain.
It can accommodate up to eight guests with four en-suite bedrooms. Fall asleep on crisp percale linen and puffy pillows. Wake to fresh coffee and hearty gourmet breakfasts – all part of the deal. The Residence includes a lounge with a wood burning fireplace, an outdoor deck with a view, and a swimming pool. A dining room with a 10 seater table and open plan kitchen make for mealtimes that are sociable affairs.
