On 200 meters of pristine and peaceful beachfront, between Paje and Jambiani villages (1 km on either side) you will find the 11 x private exclusive-use luxury villas. Boasting sumptuous guest rooms, a dining lounge, and a recreational area. They all have an expansive sun deck and a private swimming pool. And are on a secluded and appointed space, on the beachfront of Paje, of 1500 sqm per villa.
The Family Two-Bedroom Villa and the Presidential Villa can be split up into 5 x different Deluxe Rooms. They are not available during the high (1st July – 30th August) and festive period (21st December to 6th January). Let us know your needs so we can make the best recommendation.
For a compromise between high standards and budget, the Cinnamon Rooms are the perfect room for budget-conscious travelers. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with a range of 5 * amenities, this is the one. The Cinnamon Rooms are located within one building, with a garden view and about 100 meters from the beachfront.
Beachfront One-bedroom Villa
The Beachfront One-bedroom villa is designed as two buildings connected by a wooden pathway and terrace. One building is the en-suite 55 m2 bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with an indoor rainshower, two sinks, a wardrobe, and separate toilets. The bedroom can be converted to a twin upon request prior to arrival. A rooftop terrace with a stunning view overlooking the beachfront is accessed by an external staircase from the bedroom unit.
Additionally, the villa includes a living room unit with high ceilings and a seating area, a large terrace, a private pool, 750 m2 of private plot, lounge chairs, and an external bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and is placed on the beachfront, with direct beach access. The villa is serviced by a butler for your utmost comfort.

Presidential Garden Five-bedroom Villa
The Presidential Garden Five-bedroom villa is an opulent family villa. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is ideal for larger families and groups of up to 10 x Adults. The villa is located 100 m from the beachfront, with views of the garden.
It has a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room. An additional hot tub is in the garden area. The rooms are as follows:
