Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa is situated on 200 meters of pristine and peaceful beachfront between Paje and Jambiani villages (1 km on either side). Boasting sumptuous guest rooms, a dining lounge, and a recreational area. There are a total of 18 x villas and 3 x rooms. They all have a hot tub or pool, or both.

The Family Two Bedroom Villa and the Garden Luxury 5 bedroom Villa can be split up into 5 x different Deluxe Rooms. They are not available during the high and festive period (21st December to 6th January). Let us know your needs so we can make the best recommendation.

Beachfront One Bedroom Villa

The Beachfront One Bedroom Villa offers a exclusive retreat, blending luxury and privacy on the pristine beachfront of Paje. Set on a secluded 1500 m² space, the villa features a large private plot, lush gardens, and direct beach access. Ensuring an unparalleled experience of tranquility and indulgence.

The Beachfront One Bedroom Villa is designed as two buildings connected by a wooden pathway and terrace. One building is the en suite 55 m2 bedroom with a king bed (twin on request before arrival). This room’s en suite bathroom has an indoor rain shower, two sinks, a wardrobe, and separate toilets. The bedroom can be converted to a twin upon request before arrival. A rooftop terrace with a stunning view overlooking the beachfront is accessed by an external staircase from the bedroom unit.

Additionally, the villa includes a living room unit with high ceilings and a seating area, a large terrace.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, lounge chairs, and an external bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is serviced by a butler for your utmost comfort.

Additionally, the villa includes a living room unit, a large terrace, a private pool, 750 m2 of private plot, lounge chairs, tea/coffee amenities, and an external bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and has a garden view.

Garden Luxury Five Bedroom Villa

The Garden Luxury Five Bedroom Villa is an opulent family villa. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is ideal for larger families and groups of up to 10 Adults. The villa is located 100 m from the beachfront, with views of the garden.

It has a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room. An additional hot tub is in the garden area. The rooms are as follows:
A master bedroom, two en suite bedrooms, a bedroom (king size) sharing a bathroom with another smaller room (2 twins).

The Cinnamon Rooms are located within one building, with a garden view and approximately 100 meters from the beachfront.

The Cinnamon Rooms are either double, or quadruple (2 bedrooms with 1 x bathroom), or a family two bedroom, 2 bathroom. They all feature a terrace and private garden area as well as an outdoor hot tub for the ultimate relaxation.
