The wedding will take place at your choice of one of the beautiful locations; at the lodge or in the reserve.

Each newlywed couple receives the following:
A bottle of sparkling wine in your room on arrival

Luxurious personalised monogrammed bath towels to take home

Venue Hire Includes:
Ceremony on-site with seating for up to a maximum of 48 guests
Use of wrought iron chairs
Wedding gazebo which can be dressed to suit each particular occasion, colour scheme and style
Refreshing hand towels for all your guests – prior or post ceremony

Venue Hire Excludes:
Music and sound equipment
Microphone for the speeches
Printed seating charts and place cards
Floral arrangements

Memorable Moments Wedding Package

The Memorable Moments wedding package includes:
A bouquet of African indigenous flowers for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom.
Wedding cake for up to 6 people, designed by the talented pastry chef.
Romantic rose petal turn down with South African sparkling wine.
A set of ‘his’ and ‘hers’ bath sheets with embroidered initials.
The minister handles all the marriage documents. The bridal couple deals directly with the minister.
The initial interview with the minister, the minister’s accommodation, all legal arrangements, and certificate of marriage.

Queen Protea Wedding Package

The above inclusions from the Memorable Moments wedding package; plus:
The services of a professional photographer for ±3 hours, to capture your day. With 240 – 300 perfectly edited images. Provided on a disc or on dropbox.
A hair and make-up artist to style the bride in her room on the day of the wedding. No trial is included.

The Queen Protea Wedding Package is quoted on request.

Memorable Moments and Queen Protea Wedding Package Terms

Please note that at least a 2 night stay is to be booked with the wedding packages.
Due to its remote location; guests attending the wedding would need to stay at the lodge.
The Memorable Moments wedding package is available midweek only; from Monday to Thursday; and block-out dates apply.
The package cannot be combined with any other special offers or packages offered by Bushmans Kloof
Should the bridal couple originate from countries aligned with The Hague Convention; and not part of the British Common Wealth; they may require an “Apostille” stamped marriage certificate. This will require additional services from the minister and documentation; resulting in an additional charge in the region of ±R 2 000

Wedding Locations

Bushmans Kloof offers a captivating choice of locations for both the wedding ceremony and reception. With unforgettable venues to suit your inimitable sense of style. For intimate celebrations, the candlelit romance of Kadoro; a historic cottage is ideal for up to 16 guests. The Embers Restaurant offers an extraordinary al fresco experience. While Makana and The Homestead are elegant options for more formal celebrations. Embers and Makana both can seat up to 48 x guests, and The Homestead caters to up to 40 x guests.
