Please note that wedding package rates do not include accommodation which must be in a luxury room category or higher, and we will find you the best price available at 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa; once we have your dates and number of people. This is due to the hotel using the best available rates so fluctuate according to demand.

We have 2 different wedding packages available and obviously, these can be tailor-made for your special day, namely the Destination Wedding Package for 2 – 16 guests available during the week only, or the Standard Wedding Package suitable for 25 – 80 guests any day of the week.

Destination wedding package terms and conditions:
The destination wedding package is a midweek package, available from Monday to Thursday. Block-out dates apply including the full month of February. Suitable for 2 – 16 people. Rates are quoted in South African Rand and include 15% VAT Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Should the bridal couple originate from countries aligned with The Hague Convention (and not part of the British Common Wealth); they may require an “Apostille” stamped marriage certificate. This will require additional services and documentation from the minister; resulting in an additional charge in the region of R 2 000.
2. Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa Standard Wedding Package
The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa’s magnificent setting is suitable for a range of wedding options; from morning teas and celebratory lunches to grand dinners or after parties; all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A dedicated Wedding Coordinator is on hand to organize your big day and ensures the perfect wedding experience. From flowers to entertainment and customized menus; they will assist the bridal couple with planning even the smallest detail; as a complimentary service offered by the hotel.
The couple will enjoy complimentary use of the Fynbos Garden for the ceremony (subject to weather conditions), situated within the hotel’s private gardens and seating a maximum of 80 guests. Ceremonies are held under the Gazebo in the indigenous Fynbos Garden, with views of the glistening ocean and a magical mountain backdrop. This enchanting setting can also be used for up to 80 guests for pre-reception cocktails and canapés and photos after the ceremony; the perfect backdrop for group photos.
Ceremonies are under a gazebo in the indigenous Fynbos Garden; where couples exchange vows amidst uninterrupted views of the glistening ocean and a magical mountain backdrop. This enchanting setting accommodates up to eighty guests; offering the perfect space for pre-reception drinks. The venue sets the scene for photo opportunities to capture the spirit of this special day; in order to create the perfect wedding album.
Should the weather conditions not be suitable; the ceremony will be at the Atlantic Terrace Marquee; with guests witnessing the exchanging of the vows from their seating at tables. Alternatively, the ceremony can take place in the Lion’s Head Room or Milkwood Rooms (subject to availability). To guarantee an alternate venue for the ceremony; the Lion’s Head Room is the perfect alternative and is available at an additional fee in summer. It is provided complimentary in winter.
Wedding Reception
Cape Town Wedding Reception Venue
The bride and groom may celebrate with a stylish reception at the Atlantic Terrace Marquee; the ideal venue for a dazzling wedding, catering for up to 80 guests. This impressive semi-permanent space offers unsurpassed sea views; thanks to its open marquee, inviting glorious sunsets to spill directly into the main seating area. The all-white, neutral palette allows brides to add their own personal stamp. On-trend with the best weddings in the world; exciting options include details such as ‘smoked sorbet service’ for the bridal couple; who would like to surprise their guests with an even more exciting dining experience.
Seating Style The main table can be designed as a long traditional table, seating up to eight guests, or a round table, seating a maximum of twelve guests per table. Due to the dimensions of the Atlantic Terrace Marquee, we can accommodate a maximum of 6 x round guest tables and one main / top table.
Venue hire is at an additional cost for the reception or after-party. This will be based on the number of people attending / staying at the hotel.

These may be held on a weekday afternoon during the Spring and Summer periods, subject to availability. (Block out dates will apply) During the Winter Period, high tea and brunch wedding receptions may be held on a Saturday afternoon.

The Lions Head Room can be booked at an additional fee for an afterparty celebration and is available from 11 pm to 1.30 am
After-Party
The Lions Head room is a spacious venue on the hotel’s fourth floor with its own private bar and restrooms. It is a popular choice for those looking to extend dancing on the wedding evening. This really does add to the splendor of the day, giving couples and their guests the feeling that they are partying in their own private nightclub.
The venue is equipped with 4 x cocktail tables covered with white cloths, a fully-stocked bar area, a table for the DJ, and 2 x lounge seating areas. Cocktail chairs, dance floor, DJ, party lighting, and beverage and menu costs are extra.
The Standard Wedding Packages are suitable for 25 – 80 guests.
