Spacious and airy, all of the luxury accommodation options offer captivating views of the sand and sea. Framed by indigenous shrubs and trees that create an easy island living feel. There are nine individual Suites to choose from. All with private decks, full bathrooms, and stunning sea views. Guests may also choose to book the magnificent double story Private House, with three en-suite rooms.
All suites at Oceana Beach & Wildlife Reserve feature four poster king beds, satellite TV And entertainment system, bathroom underfloor heating and heated towel rails, mini bar & coffee station. And of course; free WiFi. A sleeper couch & camp cots are available for kids.
Pool Suites
The ultimate in secluded luxury and ideal romantic escape. The 2 x Pool Suites are the ultimate experience of intimacy and tranquillity. With a grand lounge area opening onto a large wooden deck. Look out onto unsurpassed views of the Reserve and the Indian Ocean from the private plunge pool. Feel your stress melt away while you soak in the sun on the day bed. The Pool Suites also offer an outdoor shower.
A double sleeper couch is in the lounge and a single bed can be added on request.
Ocean Suites
Nestled in a tranquil forest setting; the luxurious Ocean Suites boast a large private deck with 180° views over the immaculate beachfront and wildlife reserve below. Inside the units are comfortable and spacious. The large lounge area opens onto the private deck. The Suites also feature “his and hers” separate bathrooms with a “shower with a view” in “his” and a jet bath in “hers”.
A double sleeper couch is in the lounge and a single bed can be added on request.
Lodge Suites
Each of the 3 x Lodge Suites are individually appointed, drawing inspiration from regional artifacts. As well as the indigenous animals that guests are likely to encounter within the reserve. The Suites have a lounge area and an en suite bathroom; with a double shower and generous jet bath; forming part of the main lodge, with easy access to the games room.
A single bed can be added on request.
Private House
Ideal for small groups and families, the private Ocean House is a superbly designed 2 story villa. Overlooking a watering hole and the immaculate beachfront. Offering an exclusive and personalized Oceana experience. The Private House has private access. The house includes 3 x large bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms, a spacious lounge with a fireplace. And a private plunge pool on the deck. An impressive kitchen and bar, as well as a 6 seater dining area, allow for effortless entertaining. It features the owner’s private choice of artworks. Carefully selected to complement the property.

When to visit
There is no best or worst time to visit Oceana, as every season offers a unique experience. During the summer months of November to April, the days are warm throughout with an average temperature of 27°c; while the cooler months of May to October see less rainfall with moderate temperatures and an average of 22°c during the day. Explore the pristine coastline with an average sea temperature of 20°c – 24°c throughout the year.

Child Policy
This policy applies to all children from 0 up to and including 11 years old. Children 12 years and older are considered adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.
Infants up to 3 years old are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing with 2 adults; while kids of 4 to 11 years are accommodated at a 50% supplement of the adult sharing rate when sharing with 2 adults.
Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own room) will be charged at the full adult rate.
A single adult sharing with children is charged the single supplement rates.
