Ambre Mauritius is not only a phenomenal 4*, adults-only resort. It is a wonderful all-inclusive hotel with exclusive dining options, excellent bars, and a nightclub. Plus, exhilarating and wonderful entertainment awaits you. The setting for your wedding is all important and Ambre with its white sandy beach, crystal clear waters, and beautiful scenery is one of the best.

Ambre’s policy is one wedding a day. Therefore, the resort’s wedding planner is always on hand to make the process, a smooth and enjoyable one.

For a legal wedding in Mauritius, a minimum 5 working days stay is required to do the legalities.

Ambre Mauritius Wedding Package

There are three wedding packages to choose from at Ambre Mauritius. The first of which is also suitable for the Renewal of Vows Package (and FREE!).

Weddings and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays.

Ambre “Your wedding, our Gift” Package – For legal weddings or renewal of vows

If you stay for five nights or more, your wedding can be a gift from us. We believe in giving a wonderful start to what we all hope will be the most beautiful journey of your life.

Your choice of a stunning ceremony location.
Personalized planning with a dedicated Celebration Specialist.
Standard ceremony setup (two banquet chairs, signing table, and drapes).
Fresh seasonal bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole.
Single tier wedding cake for two.
A bottle of sparkling wine for a celebratory toast.
Prerecorded romantic music during your ceremony.
Romantic dinner with a three course meal in a specialty restaurant (drinks excluded on half board and full board meal plans).
Celebration breakfast served in room on a morning of your choice.
A courtesy room before the ceremony (subject to availability).
A gift in your room.
Witnesses provided upon request.

Seasonal fruit basket in room upon arrival.
Standard ceremony setup (two banquet chairs, signing table, drapes and tropical floral decors).
Pressing of bride’s dress & groom’s suit (depending on fabric and design).
Fresh seasonal bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole.
A single tier wedding cake for six.
Bottle of sparkling wine to toast.
Bride’s make up at the hotel’s spa.
Prerecorded romantic musical accompaniment for your ceremony.
A romantic 3 course dinner for the wedding couple in a specialty restaurant. Drinks excluded on half board and full board meal plans.
Witnesses upon request.
A gift in your room.
A separate room for the groom before the ceremony (subject to availability).
Celebration in room breakfast on the morning of your choice.

This package is the most complete for a once in a lifetime wedding. It includes:

Standard ceremony setup (two banquet chairs, signing table, drapes and tropical floral decors).
Wedding attire pressing/steaming (based on fabric and design).
Fresh seasonal bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole.
A bottle of champagne for a grand toast.
A single tier cake for six.
Bride’s makeup and hairstyling at the hotel’s spa.
A courtesy room before the ceremony (subject to availability).
Live music duo during your ceremony.
Photo package of 50 full color pictures on a USB key.
A romantic 3 course dinner for the wedding couple in a specialty restaurant. Drinks excluded on half board and full board meal plans.
A gift in your room.
Celebration breakfast served in room on a morning of your choice.

Additional Wedding Package Costs

The packages do not include the cost for legalities or officiant so these will be added when we quote you. To give you an idea, here are some costs:

The cost of a translator during the Ceremony (including transport) is the same as Master of Ceremony costs. German, Spanish, Russian and Italian translators are available.

Legal fees: The fees of the legal administration, attorney fee, formalities, an affidavit; and also transport for the intended married couple and civil officer: from € 675 or Rs. 26 705

Please use all rates as indicative as they may fluctuate. Wedding packages are valid until 31st October 2026.

As weddings are not done on weekends, for a legal wedding in Mauritius, a minimum 6 working days stay is required in order to do the legalities.

We can arrange a rain backup plan before the wedding ceremony. With supplement charges which will be agreed upon between the wedding coordinator and yourselves
For any outsourced services organized by the guests; e.g Entertainment, photographers, Floral arrangement, etc; a service fee will be applicable

On your arrival at the hotel; find the best places for the wedding ceremony and where to take your photos. We would recommend for larger weddings; prior to your wedding; you visit Ambre to understand all the resort has to offer. Meet up with your wedding coordinator; in order to check the documentation and make a final selection of flowers, and cake. Any special product requests are subject to additional fees.

Gift Contribution:
We also offer a gift contribution facility for your family and friends who may want to contribute to your ceremony or honeymoon. Or offer you something else special and available at the hotel.
