At Long Beach; weddings are incredibly special events, and it’s believed that they should remain as exclusive and private as the couple wishes; which is why only one wedding is accepted per day. Allowing you the choice of at least three wedding venues on the Long Beach property. As some examples; you could have an intimate wedding on the beach, in a pavilion by the sea, or; in the heart of the lush, tropical gardens; it’s totally up to you.

Whatever you desire for your wedding in Mauritius, Long Beach can provide. Whether you would like a civil wedding which takes a maximum of 30 minutes. A religious ceremony which tends to be longer than the civil ceremony. Or a smaller traditional wedding. We can make it happen by simply outsourcing what they don’t already have available at the venue. Such as specialized decor.

When you plan your wedding at Long Beach, you will have a choice of wedding packages. Or you can tailor make your wedding package. Please note no weddings are done on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays.

Please note rates are subject to change due to currency fluctuations. We have used Euro rates here. We get a lot of couples from South Africa that want to get married in Mauritius. Therefore, we can quote you in South African Rands at the current rate of exchange.

If you stay for five nights or more at Long Beach Resort, your wedding will be our gift.

“Wedding in the Sun” Wedding Package

Package: € 1250 per couple (South African rate based on fluctuating exchange rate)

The Wedding in the Sun Package includes all the above; plus:
A Single tier wedding cake for up to six persons.
Bridal hair styling.
Photo package of 50 full color digital photos delivered on a USB key.
A four course plated romantic dinner. Excluding drinks when on half-board and full-board packages.
Romantic surprise turn down service on the night of the ceremony.

Wedding Vow Renewal

Long Beach is also the perfect setting to renew your vows and; the best part is that there are no legal processes required for this. This is for clients who either do the legalities at home or; for those who are already married and now want to renew their wedding vows.

You can use any of the above packages or our Forever Renewal of Vows Package. Or tailor make your symbolic ceremony. We will ensure that you are able to enjoy the same benefits as a traditional wedding; including a master of ceremony and a souvenir certificate; as well as other special surprises and spoils.

“Forever” Renewal of Vows Package

Package: € 740 per couple (South African rate based on fluctuating exchange rate)

The Forever Renewal of Vows Package includes:
Choice of venues in the garden or on the beach with the set-up to be chosen once at the hotel (subject to availability).
Personalised services of a dedicated Celebration Specialist.
A Celebrant to officiate the ceremony
Bottle of sparkling wine to toast.
Your choice of music playlist for the ceremony.
Foot reflexology for the couple the following day at the hotel spa.
Celebration breakfast on the beach on the morning of your choice.

Long Beach Wedding Package Extras

Long Beach also offers a range of additional services to those who require them. You have the option of also hiring a professional hairdresser, organizing decor hire, floral arrangements, live music, and entertainment. Additional photography services; such as leather-bound albums or drone filming, videographers, and anything else you may need; to ensure your special day is everything you hope for.

Mauritius Wedding Important Information

We can arrange a rain backup plan prior to the wedding ceremony; with supplement charges. Which will be agreed upon between the wedding coordinator and yourselves
For any outsourced services organized by the guests; e.g Entertainment, photographers, Floral arrangement, etc; a service fee will apply
The Fees for the Legal Administration, Attorney fees, formalities, Affidavit transport of the Intended Marriage, and also; transport of the Civil Officer Register; are not included in the package. We will advise on these costs once we have all your information.

For a legal wedding in Mauritius, a minimum 6 days stay is required in order to do the legalities.

On your arrival at the hotel; find the best places for the wedding ceremony and where to take your photos. Meet up with your wedding coordinator. Check documentation and make a final selection of flowers, cake. Any special product requests are subject to additional fees.

We would recommend for larger weddings; the couple visits Long Beach to understand all the resort has to offer; prior to your wedding.

Wedding Gift Contribution: We also offer a gift contribution facility for your family and friends who may want to contribute to your ceremony or honeymoon. Or offer you something else special and available at the hotel.

Wedding guests will receive a discount on their accommodation too!
