The 4-day Wild and Scenic Tour is the ideal short tour to see the Kruger National Park and Panorama Route. This English and German guided tour departs and returns to Johannesburg. It is also possible to self-drive or you can have a guide drive you on a private Kruger tour. The scheduled tour departs on certain Tuesdays with a maximum of 8 people. For the self-drive and private tour, you can depart on any day. However, there could be an additional cost for other dates.

Johannesburg to Graskop via Pretoria and Pilgrims Rest (±415km)
After breakfast, the tour departs from Johannesburg to Graskop via Pretoria. In Pretoria, guests visit the Voortrekker Monument which is one of the largest museums in South Africa where guests will view the biggest marble frieze in the world. The tour continues to the Union Buildings, where guests can enjoy the views and have a photo opportunity at the Nelson Mandela statue. Enjoy lunch en route (own account) to the Lowveld and visit the quaint village of Pilgrim’s Rest. Arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, and enjoy time at leisure before dinner (own account).

Day 2, Wednesday
After breakfast, guests head to Mpumalanga’s most magnificent topographical attractions. The Blyde River Canyon and the Three Rondavels. The Panorama Route affords guests memorable views of the more significant sites in the area including God’s Window, Lisbon Falls, and the Pinnacle.
At the lodge, guests enjoy high tea before departing for an afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle, then returning to the lodge for dinner.

Day 3, Thursday
Guests depart on an early morning game drive in an open safari vehicle before breakfast. The tour heads to the iconic Kruger National Park. Track the ‘Big 5’, a variety of wildlife and bird species. The park boasts one of the largest and most successful conservation schemes in the world, and the diversity of fauna and flora promise an unforgettable bushveld experience.
Lunch en route in the park (own account). Arrive at the lodge late afternoon. Dine at the lodge.

Day 4, Friday
After breakfast, guests will embark on another game viewing experience before exiting the Kruger National Park. Lunch en route (own account). The tour arrives in Johannesburg in the late afternoon.
