Asian, French, and Italian influences can be detected in the cuisine which includes the trendy small plates menu, ideal for sharing. Visitors can choose to dine al fresco or watch the chefs at work in the central show kitchen.
A venture from the team behind La Colombe and other world class dining establishments, Épice is an intimate fine dining restaurant. Derived from the French word Épice meaning spice (and is pronounced eh-peace). It serves an array of delectably curated dishes. The flavor packed menu is inspired by the team’s culinary expedition to India. As well as memories of travels through Spain, Japan, Mexico, Denmark, and the US. And presented in a home-cooking style with a refined edge.
At the sister Franschhoek property; Leeu Estates, La Petite Colombe (sister property to La Colombe in Constantia), offers a world-class dining experience synonymous with this world-renowned collective.
