Victoria Falls Safari Lodge Accommodation

This lodge has 72 x African influenced rooms. All of them are air-conditioned, with en-suite bedrooms. There are three different room types to choose from. The Standard Room, Waterhole Facing Room, and Waterhole Facing Suite. All rooms are spacious and light, with glass sliding doors opening onto a private balcony. The Waterhole Rooms and Suites overlook the central waterhole. Which is frequented by herds of elephants, buffalo, and kudu; plus also many birds.

Standard Rooms

Decorated in soft, earthy colors the 24 x Standard Rooms have a walk in rainfall shower. Westward facing balconies overlook the Zambezi National Park and promise unforgettable sunset views over the African bush.

Waterhole Facing Room

The 42 x Waterhole Facing Rooms have the same amenities as the Standard Rooms, but they also have direct views of the onsite waterhole. Allowing visitors to observe animals at the waterhole from the comfort of their own balcony. One of these rooms is suitable for guests with a wheelchair and it interconnects with the room next door.

Waterhole Facing Suite

The 6 x duplex Waterhole Facing Suites have a downstairs lounge and a guest toilet. Opening out onto a private balcony. An open staircase leads up to the bedroom and en-suite bathroom; with a luxury bath and a separate shower.

The big plus in the Waterhole Suites is the complimentary minibar. This is restocked daily with local beer, house wine, soft drinks, and also water.

There is the à la carte MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, and the award winning Boma Dinner & Drum Show. This offers an unforgettable evening African extravaganza. The Boma Restaurant’s 4 course dinner starts at 7 pm. For the adventurous; you may wish to try a local delicacy; a sautéed mopane worm. For which you will get a certificate as proof. Entertainment is electric and is sure to get everyone involved.

The more casual Buffalo Bar is an ideal spot to capture the African sunset while watching elephants and birdlife at the waterhole.

Family Holidays at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge

Children of all ages are welcome at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. Infants under 3 years of age stay free. Kids from 3 to 11 years old pay 50% of the adult per person sharing rate; in a room shared with parents. Or inter leading or an adjacent room.
Children aged 12 years and above pay the full adult rate.

In total, there are 5 sets of interconnecting rooms. 2 are Standard Rooms, and 3 are Waterhole Facing Rooms.
The Standard and Waterhole Facing Rooms can accommodate 2 x adults. Or 1 x adult and 1 x child from 3 to 11 years.
Two of the Standard Rooms can accommodate an extra roller bed for a child.
Three of the Waterhole Facing Rooms can also accommodate an extra roller bed for a child.
The Waterhole Facing Suite accommodates a maximum of 2 x adults and 1 x child from 3 to 11 years. The extra roller bed for the child is set up in the suite lounge.

Victoria Falls Safari Spa

The Spa is located in peaceful indigenous woodland on the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge Estate. It offers a range of luxurious treatments including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. As well as hair and event make-up services.

Using all natural, plant based products, the African tented safari camp style Victoria Falls Safari Spa features three standalone treatment rooms. There is also an area with a hair and make-up studio, a polish bar, a splash pool, and a café.
