2 or 3-night packages on luxury Chobe Princess Houseboats (river safari adventure). Hop on a tender boat to get up close to wildlife and birds or fishing. Romance and abundant wildlife on this luxury Botswana trip.
The Chobe Princess Houseboats are the little sisters of the larger Zambezi Queen. Offering a smaller vessel that is able to navigate more of the rivers; due to its size. Based on the Zambezi and Chobe Rivers fringing the Chobe National Park.
The Chobe Region is spectacular at any time of year. Each season has its own special magic. However, the summer months (from November to March) at Chobe are bursting with lush greenery and new life. Lovely hot days are cooled by afternoon rains, leaving the air crisper and colors brighter. A fantastic time of year for photography! From April to October, you can expect to see a little more wildlife. As they are drawn to the river when the rains have ended.
Relax on board one of the deluxe houseboats, while the experienced team takes care of your every need. Your all-inclusive package lets you completely unwind and enjoy your incredible holiday. Accommodation, transfers, meals, drinks, expert guides, and safari activities are all included.

No trip to the Chobe is complete without trying your hand at fishing for Tiger. One of the most sought-after sport fish; the tiger fish; offers anglers the opportunity to land a great fighting fish. Furthermore, get bragging rights for those who manage to land an 8 pounder or more.

The quality of your guides and their success in finding those elusive spots that will yield the best catches are well renowned.
Game Viewing:
Staying on board the Chobe Princess Safari boats is like being on a permanent game viewing vehicle. This is because the docking sites are all situated overlooking some of the prime game viewing areas. Huge herds of elephant can be seen all year round. Often swimming across the river in front of our houseboats; to get to the lush Caprivi grasslands. Buffalo, lion, lechwe, puku, giraffe, zebra, sable, kudu, and leopard are all frequently seen in this area. Promising guests who stay an unforgettable wildlife experience.
Photo Safaris:
Owing to the wonderful sightings that both the wildlife and birds provide, the Chobe Princess Houseboat offers fantastic photographic safaris. To aid in capturing that perfect moment; a customized photographic boat is available to guests (on request). This allows great stability, 360 views, and pure comfort.
The angles and light that being on the river delivers offer clients some of the most breathtaking photos. It is for this reason that the Chobe River has become one of the wildlife photographers’ hot spots in Africa.

In the late afternoon; if the weather permits; we’ll go in search of some big game. This is the perfect time of day to make the most of that golden glow of the African sunset. Get some iconic shots of the animals as they gravitate towards the river before night falls.
After the sunset cruise; return back on board and freshen up before meeting your Captain on the upper deck. After a safety briefing; you’ll enjoy a delicious three-course plated dinner along with an excellent choice of wines. Finish off with a hot drink or nightcap at the bar. Before retiring to the night sounds of Africa in the distance.
Chobe Princess Standard Cabins have beautiful big windows that slide open to let in those ever-changing river views. Chobe Princess Superior Cabins each have their own private balcony.
Day 2 & 3 (if 2 night itinerary, follow day 4 for disembarkation): Onboard Houseboat – Chobe National Park
Spend your days game viewing or bird watching by boat in the Chobe National Park. Watch huge herds of elephants and a variety of other wildlife come down to drink at the river. Relax on the upper deck by the small pool or try your hand at fishing. Or a spot of bird watching.
Watch the sunrise as you sip on your coffee and decide on your activities for the day. It’s all up to you and depends on the type of holiday prefer. Perhaps you want to enjoy a water-based safari or a village tour on the Namibian side of the river? Or for the more adventurous a walking tour to a 2000-year-old baobab tree? You may even decide to simply remain on board. As the Chobe Princess houseboat glides its way along the banks of the Chobe River.
After your morning activities, enjoy lunch on board. While using your unique vantage point to spot wild animals and drink in the expansive views. Join your guide in the afternoon for a water-based safari on a tender boat. Where you can get up close to an array of wildlife. Including some of the 120 000 elephants for which the Chobe is well known. After a delicious dinner, settle down for a restful and tranquil night in your cabin.
Day 3 or Day 4:
Enjoy a morning cruise during breakfast as you do your last bit of animal spotting and take some memorable pictures. Bid our crew a reluctant farewell and then make your way via tender boat to the Namibian Immigration Office.
