Our Sun City Golf Tour is available as either 2, 3, or 5 night packages. This covers your accommodation and golf at Sun City. Play at the premier Gary Player Golf Course and the legendary Lost City Golf Course. It runs from 3rd January – 31st October every year.
The Gary Player Country Club and the Sun City Resort have become international landmarks in the hospitality and leisure industry. Gary Player has drawn on his vast experience of playing championship courses around the world to produce a test of both power and finesse. The likes of Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Nick Faldo, and Tiger Woods have since discovered the course carefully examines every aspect of the players’ game. Every club in the bag will be tested along the way!
The Lost City’s course required extensive earth moving, yet amazingly, the finished product appears to have existed as long as the mythical Lost City. The course defies being bracketed into any particular genre. Having touches of the mountain, desert, and even a brand of African parkland in its makeup.
These packages are valid for international guests.

Sun City Golf Tour Example Itinerary
This is an example itinerary and we can customize your own tour to match your requirements.
Day 1: Johannesburg – Sun City
Make your way to Sun City Resort (we can arrange car hire or transfers for you). The rest of the day is at leisure. Explore the spacious entertainment areas, luxury hotels, beautiful gardens, excellent golf courses, and casinos.
Day 2: Sun City Gary Player Golf Course
Enjoy a round of golf at the Gary Player Golf Course, ranked in the top golf courses in South Africa. Arguably the most famous golf course in South Africa, it hosts the Nedbank Million Dollar Golf Tournament. This afternoon, enjoy a safari into the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, home to the “Big Five” (optional).

Day 3: Sun City Lost City Golf Course
This morning, play the Lost City Golf Course. Carved out of rocky terrain, this course offers a fantastic golfing experience. This afternoon, spend time relaxing at the Valley of the Waves or enjoy any one of the many activities on offer in the Resort.
