andBeyond Chobe Under Canvas is a mobile safari camp; which moves to a different private site; every few days but it is always based in the Chobe Riverfront area of the Chobe National Park. Although Chobe Under Canvas has a mobile camping atmosphere; the accommodation, service, and food are more in keeping with Botswana’s excellent safari camps. It offers fantastic wildlife; especially at the end of the dry season; and a slightly more adventurous alternative to many of the country’s other lodges and camps.
Semi-permanent and mobile; &Beyond Chobe Under Canvas has a feather light sustainability footprint: No electricity, solar lights, bucket showers, and meals cooked over the coals. Therefore; a truly authentic, impact friendly safari experience.
&Beyond Chobe Under Canvas has five en suite safari tents, positioned at exclusive sites in the northern reaches of the park. Within driving distance of the Chobe River. Each canvas tent has a comfortable double bed. As well as an en suite bathroom with a flush toilet and hot bucket shower; with water delivered on request.
The guest areas comprise spacious tents for dining or simply passing the time between game viewing adventures. With a good book and frosted beer or glass of wine.

Children over the age of 12 are welcome at &Beyond Chobe Under Canvas. The tents are unsuitable for triple occupation. Therefore; children are unable to share a room with their parents.
