Camp Okavango is a unique and exclusive African safari camp on the remote Nxaragha Island. This hidden treasure lies in the heart of the Okavango Delta. It assures its guests of an unparalleled year round water wilderness experience. Botswana’s magnificent Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland delta. It is a maze of deep lagoons, large lakes, and hidden, meandering channels.
The main area of Camp Okavango has a network of interconnected walkways. These link up two lounge areas, a dining room, a library, a self service bar, and a curio shop. Sweeping ramps lead to the lower level deck with two open air fire pits. Comfortable seating areas allow you to relax and take in the natural surroundings. In addition, a third deck has a rim flow swimming pool. And a thatched lounge deck for those warm summer days.
Camp Okavango is an Eco-sensitive lodge which captures the very essence of the Okavango Delta. This ensures a peaceful and genuine safari experience. Camp Okavango accommodates just 24 guests.

Safaris create a lifelong impression on children of any age. Camp Okavango guides adore kids and know exactly how to bring a safari alive for young minds. Stopping to look at lion footprints. Or standing next to a huge elephant bone. The guides know how to keep the kids tuned in. Peering through binoculars at a weaver bird carefully repairing a nest. Or watching as huge crocs slip silently into the water as you cruise by. These are experiences that will stay with children forever.
