Gomoti Plains Camp offers accommodation with Eco luxurious comfort in the Okavango Delta with superb land and water-based game viewing. There are two camps. Gomoti Plains is the main camp. And the smaller, exclusive use; Gomoti Private Camp which is ideal for small groups or families. The camp is named after the nearby Gomoti River. With roaming flood plains based on either side of the camp strewn with towering palm trees.
8 x Luxury Safari Tents and 2 x Family Luxury Tents. They all have an en suite bedroom with a romantic king-sized bed (which can be separated into two twin beds). Additionally, a patio deck / relaxation area and romantic outdoor showers; carefully balancing ‘modern-day comforts’ with respect for the ecology. The camp therefore can sleep up to 24 guests
The Family tents at Gomoti Plains Camp comfortably cater to four guests in two separate sleeping areas. Each with its own oversized bed.
The tents are on elevated wooden decks which raise the tents and pathways off the ground. This thereby provides great viewing platforms to enjoy the picturesque views over the tributaries of the Gomoti river. And wildlife around the camp.
Each tent is designed to maximize privacy while optimizing views of the land. The decor inspiration comes from a traditional African safari in terms of the fabrics, texture, and hues that are used. Pair this feeling of opulence with consideration for the environment. Gomoti doesn’t have any permanent structural fixtures and relies on solar energy. Forgoing energy-heavy appliances such as shavers, air con, and hairdryers.
